For GreenShield’s two-part infographic ad campaign, I helped define the visual language and built a cohesive 2D motion world designed to communicate “better health for all” with clarity and warmth. I designed a cast of approachable characters for one spot and created the full set of visual assets as well as select hand-animated accents for the second, ensuring both parts stayed unified and production-ready.

Designed an approachable cast starting from the heroine, with simplified shapes and minimal linework to keep animation efficient while preserving charm and range.
Main Character (Heroine)
I started by designing the main heroine as the foundation for the full cast, exploring how to build charm without leaning into realism. To keep animation efficient, I simplified features like hands, feet, face, and hair, and focused on strong, friendly shapes—using rounded geometric curves and flat colour separation with minimal linework. Her silhouette was also designed to interact cleanly with the heart motif in the story, allowing her to fit naturally within it like a puzzle piece.

Supporting Cast
With the heroine finalized, I expanded the system into a diverse supporting cast that reflects the wide range of people GreenShield supports. Using the brand’s colour palette, I varied proportions and styling to create personality and inclusivity while keeping the group visually cohesive when posed together. Each character was delivered as an individual, rig-ready file to streamline the handoff for character animation.
Built an infographic toolkit aligned to GreenShield’s palette, using red accents selectively to focus attention and replace traditional supers with story-led graphics.

GreenShield wanted a clean, classic 2D motion style to deliver key messaging efficiently across a two-part infographic campaign. The goal was to make information feel approachable while staying brand-consistent.

I collaborated with the Tantrum creative team and helped define the project’s visual language. I designed the character set for Part 1 and created the visual assets for Part 2, ensuring both spots felt unified and animation-ready.

I began by designing the main heroine to establish the style, then expanded into a diverse supporting cast and prepped individual files for rigging/animation. For Part 2, I built a modular infographic toolkit that supported the voiceover, then added selective hand-animated accents to enhance emphasis and flow.

Characters were built from simple geometric curves with flat colour separation and minimal linework to keep animation efficient. The infographic system used a cool GreenShield palette with strategic red accents for hierarchy, and hand-drawn touches to add warmth and human energy.

Character proportions, colour balance, and silhouettes were refined to keep the cast cohesive when posed together. Infographic elements and accent timing were adjusted to maximize readability and keep key information landing quickly.

Deliverables included a production-ready character cast for Part 1 and a complete infographic asset system for Part 2, including hand-animated accent elements designed to support the voiceover and improve clarity.
